LBHS is partnering with the Early Smiles Team for a Dental Clinic on February 5, 2023. They are a team of dental hygienists who come to the site to assess students and connect them with dental care. This is strictly consent-based only. This means they will only assess students who have paperwork filled out by their parents and have turned in the form ahead of time.

Consent forms are available online for you to complete, or paper versions are available at the LBHS front office and in A-14.  Completed forms must be signed by parent/guardian and returned to the front office or A-14.
