Our community partner, Dr. Carter, will be offering FREE Sports Physicals for SCUSD students with COVID-19 Vaccination! Remember, student athletes need to complete a physical before they are allowed to participate in athletics. 

Students may either bring proof of prior vaccination or receive a vaccine at our Pfizer Clinic this Wednesday 8/18/2021, 4-7 PM at the Serna Center (5735 47th Avenue).  Students under 18 years old will need to bring their parent/guardian with them.
